Hugo enjoys in his spare time taking photo’s, running events, and volunteering for charities where he enjoys all things finance (one of the reasons he likes to do the budget for WordCamp’s), strategic planning, and helping with employment issues and charity legislation. Although Hugo does have a blog (hflf.co.uk) he has found it hard to post on it since Brexit although he does feel that he may well start to post again soon.

Hugo also loves to cook, he enjoys spending time with friends, drinking good wine, and playing boardgames, not all at the same time (although sometimes they are combined). Hugo has more than a passing interest in good usability which stems from when he trained as a technical author many years ago, his interest in usability comes from his frustration with documentation provided by higher education for people with disabilities.

He works for an IT company, he is technically their people person (aka Project support and development manager), but finds he is more and more being asked to do WordPress things.
